Step 1. Apply a very thin layer of yellow nail polish on the base of the nail. Go over polish with two more thin layers.
Step 2. Next, paint a thin layer of pink polish in the middle of the nail. Paint two more layers. Using clear nail polish, brush the edges between the yellow and pink so the colors blend together like a sunset. Make sure to wipe the brush clean after blending.
Step 3. Paint a thin layer of purple nail polish on the tip of the nail. Again, repeat with two more thin layers, and blend edges with clear polish.
