So it’s probably okay to admit that the first thing to draw me to the music of Danielle Ate the Sandwich was the word sandwich, right? I mean, the truth is the truth, but I will follow up that revelation by telling you that singer/songwriter Danielle Anderson is a wholesome and tasty treat. (UGHHHHHH. I know.) Anderson gained popularity, and was able to really spread the buzz about her folky tunes by making a series of cute and funny YouTube videos. I highly suggest that you spend a good chunk of this rainy day (it’s pissing frogs in NYC) watching them for some soothing yuckles.
