Craftacular Vendor Spotlight: Painter Girl Chocolates

by Mary S

Craftacular-bound company Painter Girl Chocolates was born when President and “Chocolateuse” Monica Passin created a chocolate version of Botticelli’s “The Birth of Venus”- how’s that for inspiration? Monica’s edible chocolate art includes a line of sassy animal print bars, warmly spicy ginger fudge, Frida Kahlo portrait chili-cinnamon dark chocolates and more. Mixing fine handmade chocolate with flavors like lemon, espresso, cocoanut, violets, and praline, Painter Girl chocolates are certainly a step-up from the typical fancy box of bon-bons we’ve all seen so many times. Visit Painter Girl Chocolates at the BUST Magazine Craftacular and pick up some extra pretty candies for someone on your list!
