Craftacular Vendor Spotlight: Mamu Thai Noodle

by Teresa Lu

You may have seen this awesome-looking truck around the city. Perhaps you have also tried the equally awesome curry puffs that come out of it. Or their signature Chicken Pad Thai. We are referring to Mamu Thai Noodle, one of the newest food trucks in NYC. The owner, New York native Siwat Thitiwatana, was inspired to start his own business after visiting his uncle in Thailand, who owns three noodle shops.

You can usually find Mamu around Brooklyn or on 27th street and Madison, but on Saturday, May 4th, they will be parked at the BUST Craftacular and Food Fair. Hellz, yeah. Come get it before it’s gone!
