Detroit-born artist Ronda J. Smith makes pillows in every neat little shape you can imagine: cat pillows, camera pillows, pillows of ferris wheels… These designs were created by combining her two favorite things, photography and sewing. She takes the her photographs, prints them on fabric, and sews them into cushions. Her shop, In The Seam displays her special creations that are available for purchase. You can even request a custom print. Think about it: what would you like to lay your head on?
