This summer, we’re cooling off with a decadent little daydream straight from the Amalfi Coast: the Limoncello Cookie Slushie.
Built on the velvety citrus magic of Round Barn Limoncello Cream, this boozy brain-freeze blends lemon sorbet, vodka, and lemonade into a creamy, cookie-topped treat that tastes like sunshine and bad decisions. Drizzle it, sip it, or spoon it over ice cream. Bellissimo, baby!
Limoncello Cookie Slushie
- 1 pint of lemon sorbet
- 1 cup of Round Barn DiVine Vodka
- 1 cup of lemonade
- 1 pint of ice
- 1.5 oz Round Barn Limoncello Cream
- Lemons
- Lemon cookie
Directions:
- Place sorbet, vodka, and lemonade in a blender jar. Fill the empty pint carton with ice and add it to the blender. Blend until smooth. This makes the lemonade slushie.
- In a rocks glass or a 12 oz pint glass, add the Round Barn Limoncello Cream.
- Add the lemonade slushie to the glass.
- Stir the limoncello and lemonade slushie together.
- Top with whipped cream. Garnished with a lemon slice and a lemon cookie.
