27 More Women Accuse Charlie Rose Of Sexual Harassment

Charlie Rose, the CBS anchor accused of sexual assault who is allegedly alreading planning his redemption arc, has just been accused of 27 more counts of sexual harrassment, from 14 employees at CBS and 13 women who worked with Rose elsewhere. Rose reportedly has called these new claims “unfair and inaccurate.” Learn more in The Washington Post.

Redskins Cheerleaders Were Pushed Into A Topless Photo Shoot—In Front Of Male Sponsors

The New York Times reports that during a 2013 calendar photo shoot in Costa Rica, Washington Redskins cheerleaders were told to pose topless, even though the calendar wouldn’t include nudity. Then, a group of male sponsors were invited to watch. “It was mandatory for us to go. We weren’t asked, we were told,” one of the cheerleaders told the New York Times. Read the full story here.

The Boy Scouts Are Welcoming Girls, But The Girl Scouts Aren’t Excited

Yesterday, the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) revealed in a statement that the program will be inviting both boys and girls to join the Scout ranks as a part of the “Scout Me In” campaign. The organization, which first started slowly allowing female Cubs in October, has been met with mixed responses; The New York Times reports that Girl Scouts President Kathy Hopinkah Hannan respectfully asked the BSA to “[focus] on serving the 90 percent of American boys not currently participating in” the program. Trump Confirms He Reimbursed Michael Cohen After Paying Stormy Daniels

Michaela Coel To Star In Netflix’s Black Earth Rising

Alongside an all-star cast including Noma Dumezweni of Harry Potter & the Cursed Child and Harriet Walter of The Crown, Chewing Gum creator and actress Michaela Coel will be starring in an upcoming Netflix drama.
