BUST’s Own Emily Rems Hosts Plus Size Fashion Show

Come on out November 12^th for Re/Dress NYC’s INDIE+ on the Runway: Emerging Plus Size Fashion at the Invisible Dog Art Center. The event will be hosted by BUST’s very own Managing Editor, Emily Rems, along with the “Burlesque Bitch Goddess and Illuminatrix Supreme,” Tangerine Jones. The show will be the kick off event for INDIE+’s Trunk Show weekend, and will feature new collections from the country’s top emerging plus size fashion and accessory designers, including La’ Dan’s Closet, Size Queen Clothing, Cupcake and Cuddlebunny, Nikki B Decadent Designs, Jessica Pritchett Shoes, Fennimas Jewelry and Luxidermy by Taueret. There will even be a live musical performance by one of Re/Dress’s first customers, singer/song writer Celisse Henderson to accompany the voluptuous vixens on the catwalk. A chic cocktail hour will follow immediately after the show; so don’t forget to stick around. The Invisible Dog Art Center is located at 51 Bergen St. Brooklyn, NY, and the show will begin promptly at 9pm, so don’t be late!
