This morning Bruno visited the Today Show only to have an apparent snafu on air six minutes in and have the show quickly cut to commercial. Although before that, you can hear the staff of the Today Show laugh along to everything he says behind the camera. Interestingly, two days ago Sacha Baron Cohen went on Letterman for an interview, dropping his Austrian fashionista alter ego. Why the sudden flip when just a week ago as Bruno he was giving Conan a very crotchtastic lap dance? Some might say that Letterman, being the BAMF that he is, told Cohen to drop the act but back when Cohen was promoting Borat, Letterman didn’t seem to mind him staying in character.
