Meet Peter, an elephant and resident of the Royal Elephant Kraal & Village’s non-profit program Elephantstay in Thailand. He also likes to play the piano. Peter’s human companion, a Mr. PaulBartonPiano, submitted a video of his beautiful concert with our favorite pianist. He says of the experience, “I’ve noticed elephants such as Peter have moods at different times of day. Usually in the cooler evening before nightfall […] they are in a more relaxed and playful mood.” Take a look at Peter and his friends dance about and participate in the evening’s festivities.
