Some of you in the NYC area may have noticed Amy Poehler at the 92Y on our Hot Dates calendar a few weeks ago, and hopefully a lucky few were able to catch the Parks and Recreation funny lady crack some jokes and talk about the importance of improv comedy to her life and her career, how much she loves her Parks and Rec castmates, (hint: she’d both take a bullet for them and sleep with them), and that time she played Dorothy in a 4th grade production of The Wizard of Oz. The event even featured her answering a few fan questions from Tumblr!
