A Frank Look at the Lives of Transgender Kids

Award-winning news magazine “In The Life” recently aired an ep entitled “Becoming Me,” which featured eight families with transgender and “gender non-conforming” children ranging in age from 5 to 25. 

The show approaches the subject with sensitivity and honesty, documenting the day-to-day lives of these families. As you can imagine, it’s not a cake walk: they confront transphobia and misconceptions at every turn, making difficult choices while trying to help their families thrive.
