Why did I just move to NYC? Portland, Oregon continuously surprises me as the place to be for hip and alternative design and music (Musicfest NW is going on there now). Portland-based company Queen Bee Creations just came out with this new line of bags made with sustainable fabrics. They also have some bags made from recycled materials. Everybody really is turning green these days, and I think that’s glorious. -Maya the intern.
