Be Still, from The Curious Mystery

At this point in winter, it feels like our down jacket is melding with our skin, and that spring may never actually materialize. But watching “Be Still,” the spacey-yet-cheery new video from The Curious Mystery, is making us believe that bare legs and beach parties are just around the corner.

This psych/garage-rock band from Seattle, Washington will make you move with their lively beats, while simultaneously sending you into a mellow trance. This tune–which features store-bought and homemade instruments, as well as copious hand claps–is on The Curious Mystery’s new 7” from K Records. Take a peek at our favorite video of the day, below, and check out the band on tour at a venue near you.
