Today is National Day of Silence, organized by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), to draw attention to anti-LGBT bullying and harassment. In its 14th year, the Day of Silence has become the largest student-led action towards creating safer schools for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
