I try to refer to what I’ve heard some say is ‘the Bible for New Yorkers’ when I can: Time Out New York, of course, for updates on restaurants, bars and whasss happenin’ in each ‘hood. Gotta love the mag for its equality, too. They are celebrating ‘Urban Bear Weekend‘ (May 7-13), on their website (click on the ‘Gay‘ tab if you don’t know what a bear is!) with pics and info on some local NYC bears.
Meet Rich (pictured), my BBF (as in Best Bear-Friend), among others, and get to know their ‘Habitat,’ ‘Bear Subspecies,’ and what being a bear means to them. Grrrr!!! –Regina
