Live in the San Pedro area and looking for something cool to do? Well check out this cool show…30 Years of Pin-Up 1927 – 1957 Fashion Show at the Historic Warner Grand Theatre on Sunday, January 24, 2010, which is being presented by the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles and the Grand Vision Foundation.
The event starts at 5pm and guests will be treated to an elegant silhouette fashion show with live piano music (pretty swank!) They will also experience a projection behind models showing the art of 8 of the most famous Pin-up artist from the 20s through the 50s.
The Fashion Show will feature vintage materials including cocktail dresses, lingerie, day dresses, and even include some movie costumes previously worn by Ava Gardner, Ginger Rogers, Ann Miller, Esther Williams and Julie Andrew
