I just had to post this awesome clip from this weeks SNL as it combines four of my favorite things; Dream Catchers, Andy Samberg, John Hamm and my loathing of Saxophone playing. Enjoy!   [video: 425x344] ...
Abortion can have a happy ending.  Seriously.  But you wouldn't think so by watching American TV shows or movies.  Most of the time the A-word isn't even mentioned and the plot dives straight into "Oh noes, how will I raise this baby on my own!" Of course, then you have the adoption genre with shows like Glee that have characters waffling between adoption and teen motherhood.  Juno goes as far as to enter an abortion clinic before deciding that adoption is a better choice.  In Friday Night...

My name is Ann(ie). I am a video and performance artist currently pursuing my MFA. You may recognize me as YouTube “cewebrity” Scandalishious, aka “Caroline”. You may also recognize me from Vh1 and 51 Minds latest attempt at facilitating (or perhaps simulating) romance for audience pleasure: Frank the Entertainer…In a Basement Affair. Basement Affair places fifteen women in a house vying for the attention of Frank “The Entertainer” Maresca, a thirty two year old contestant from I Love New York 2 and I Love Money who...

The sun is setting and it's officially New Year's Eve.  Made any resolutions yet?   I'm a last-minute type of girl myself, and most of my annual promises get made a glass of champagne or two in.  So I was happy to learn that Cynthia Nixon--formerly of Sex in the City and currently acting as spokesperson for WE tv's national WE Volunteer campaign--is out there looking for those of us who remain un-resolved.       Since April, WE tv has been asking women (and the men they...
As the below video proves, the characters on the popular MTV Jerzploitation series, Jersey Shore, are simply method actors following a clearly defined script. Oh, and one of them is actually British. Oh, and if one more person tells me they think The Situation is hot or cute or whatevs, I'm going to punch them in the face!   The REAL Situation (Feat. MTV Jersey Shore's The Situation, Snooki, and Pauly D) - watch more funny videos ...

Poor Snookie, she may not be the dumbest Guidette on the show, but she is the clearly the favorite for parodies, well the Situation comes close. I dont know, Snookie is the favorite around here too, she reminds me a little of Donut, from the classic Switchblade Sisters. Who's your favorite? [video: 425x344] ...

Over here at BUST, we're all big fans of RuPaul. Ru is slammin', sassy, and saucy which makes us way excited for the return of Drag Race. And yes, dah-lings, that means RuPalin is back in action.  Given the amount of fabulous that is RuPaul, how can you not love her? Check out these two awesome tidbits o' Ru wisdom:   "If you don't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?" "I've dedicated my career to fighting the mundane. My hope is that my career will...

After finding out this week that my very favorite show, Flight of the Conchords, was not coming back for a new season, I was heartbroken. But thanks to my pal Jodi, I've been alerted to a pair of dudes who hail not from New Zealand but from the Old Testament: a couple of members of my tribe (I'm guessing) who, with a bit more work, just might become contenders to be the next FOC. Check out some of their videos below, and Happy Hannukah y'all! [video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEShWaTVxYQ...

Sigh. On their official website, Flight of the Conchord's beloved Brett Mckenzie today released the following statement: "We are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a 3rd season. We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it. While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist." No more Flight...
