I’ve been obsessed with reducing my trash output lately, but one area in my life feels particularly effed: beauty. So many products, so much plastic, so much waste. Which is why I’m raising my re-usable glass to Aether Beauty. This new makeup brand launched with just one product, but it’s basically perfect. The Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone Palette ($58, aetherbeautyco.com) features 12 eye shadows—matte, shimmer, duo-chrome, and metallic—in varying hues of pink, beige, and purple-y gray. Not only are the ingredients (which include coconut oil, shea butter, rosehip oil, and actual rose quartz powder for all you witchy crystal babes) clean and vegan, but the recycled packaging is also recyclable—the palette has no mirror and no closure magnets, which would send it straight to a landfill. This is some seriously green glam.
