After announcing last summer that they would be hosting not one but two identical festivals held on back-to-back weekends, the people behind Coachella have made yet another monumental announcement last night: Coachella is going nautical! That's right, starting at $500, folks can book a cabin on the "S.S. Coachella" for access to all the basic cruise amenities as well as some pretty awesome concerts.

Pulp and Hot Chip will be headlining, with other names on the line-up such as Girl Talk, Sleigh Bells, Z-Trip, Yeasayer, Grimes, The Black Lips, !!!, Warpaint, a DJ set by James Murphy, among others.

Just like the festival held in Indio, CA, there will be two separate cruises--one to the Bahamas from December 16 to 19 and the other to Jamaica on December 19 to 23. Both cruises will be taking off from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
