Zola Jesus is bigger than… well, you know. And if you don't, allow me to enlighten you with her brand new video for her song "Dangerous Days." Her music style is definitely cooler, darker and far more nuanced than many artists performing today, and I think we definitely all want to get lost within the spooky, mysterious world she so skillfully creates.

The song itself is from her upcoming album TAIGA, to be released this October, and ventures further into the realm of pop than any of her previous work. However, it is in no way any less organic or brooding.

So what do you get when you combine director/contemporary visionary Tim Saccenti and Nika’s haunting vocals, exuding what Saccenti calls ,“a future primitive call to arms”? A song and a video as simultaneously heart-warming and bone-chilling as Jesus herself.

Want more, crave more like we do? Well you’re in luck, because this October Zola Jesus embarks on a wild world tour. View the full list of dates and order your tickets here!
