Malaysian makeup artist Saraswati uses her hijab and amazing makeup skills to transform herself into ultra-realistic Disney characters. The self-proclaimed Disnerd, known to her Instagram fans as Queen of Luna, has posted over 300 looks, dressing up as everyone from Belle to Jafar.
The imaginative full-time mom is breaking down barriers and shattering the notion that the Muslim headscarf can’t also be a totally fabulous accessory or statement piece (for people who wear them for religious reasons, obviously.)
