Kathleen Hanna Cancels Tour Dates Due to ‘Health Crisis’

The Julie Ruin has been forced to cancel tour dates on their North American and European tours in the upcoming months due to vocalist Kathleen Hanna’s ongoing fight with Lyme Disease. The singer first opened up to SPIN Magazine last year about her experience battling the disease, which required her to wear an internal IV inside her arm to more effectively deliver medicine closer to her heart. Hanna’s current treatment will take three months, according to a press release, and requires her to stay in one place. All appearances and performances are cancelled until September, but specifically, the following dates are no longer scheduled:
