Writer Dorothy Parker once vowed there were three things she’d never attain: "envy, content, and sufficient champagne." Girl, I feel that universal struggle. But if you show up to Speed Rack NYC this Monday, you’ll at least attain a few darn good cocktails and four hours of non-stop boozy entertainment.

Now in the midst of its fifth national tour, Speed Rack is the one n’ only speed bartending competition created by and for badass female bartenders. Before a crowd of spectators and a panel of expert judges, contestants go head-to-head in timed heats making rounds of cocktails from a list of 50 industry-standard drinks.

But I haven’t even mentioned the best part: Speed Rack also raises money for breast cancer research, which means you are quite literally drinking for a cause. And charitable drinking really is the best of kind of drinking, no?
