Hillary Clinton and Ellen Degeneres Left Heartbreaking Comments on a Humans of New York Photo

You probably saw Humans of New York’s heartbreaking photo of a little boy, head in his hands, with the caption, “I’m homosexual and I’m afraid about what my future will be and that people won’t like me.” It quickly went viral, getting nearly 59,000 shares (and counting) on Facebook. Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton and talk show guru Ellen Degeneres showed their support on Friday.

“Prediction from a grown-up: your future will be amazing,” Clinton wrote in a Facebook comment. “You will surprise yourself with what you’re capable of and the incredible things you go on to do. Find the people who love and believe in you—there will be lots of them.”

Shortly thereafter, Degeneres weighed in: “Not only will people like you, they’ll love you. I just heard of you and I love you already.” Consider our hearts warmed.
