The national finals of the women’s speed bartending competition, Speed Rack, are taking place in BUST’s hometown of NYC. You already know we’re gonna be all up in there like some mint leaves in a mojito.
What goes on at this shindig, you ask? Two of the many mega talented, booze handlin’ babes face off in each round to see who can make the tastiest drinks fastest. These women can make four drinks in less than two minutes – watch for visual evidence of this sorcery:
After only one pair of bartenders are left standing, the national champ of mixing drinks faster than you can say “cosmopolitan” will be crowned right before your very eyes.
The purpose of Speed Rack is to raise money for breast cancer research, which is all the more reason to attend. Come out and support a good cause with a drink in hand! Buy tickets here.
