The actual scum of the Earth, Daryush Valizadeh (Roosh V), has announced on his site Return of Kings that his planned worldwide pro-rape fest will be cancelled. “International Tribal Meetup Day” was supposed to be a gathering of all those wholesome dudes who think rape is totally okay if done in your own home.
Valizadeh wrote that he must cancel the events because “I can no longer guarantee the safety or privacy of the men who want to attend on February 6.” Yes, you read that right: a pro-rape activist is cancelling events because he can’t guarantee the safety of PRO-RAPE SUPPORTERS, as in, the people who thinking having forced, non-consensual sex is an a-okay date activity are fearing for their safety. In an article published earlier this year, Valizadeh wrote that he thought that rape should be legalized because then women would finally have to take responsibility for their actions and stop using the law to protect themselves. He has since said this article was satire...sure.
The meetups were scheduled to be held in over 40 countries and were for heterosexual males only —a huge bummer for all those ladies and homosexual people who are all about the oppression of their own freedoms and sexual assault. The “tribesmen” even had a super cool code-word situation worked out to ensure that no one but prime skeezebags attend.
However, decent humans around the world began protesting to ban these gatherings from happening in their cities. One petition in the UK received over 80,000 signatures. Naturally, people don’t want gatherings of women hating misogynists circle jerking each other to new heights of self-deluded entitlement. In his short post Valizadeh says he cannot stop people from meeting privately but there will be no official Return of Kings meetup, some facebook groups have popped up encouraging “tribesman” to still meet, however the list of locations has been taken down
Valizadeh blogs on his website about his “neo-masculinity” and anti-women ideals. He believes that feminism is an oppressive movement that is keeping men from reaching their full potential by informing women they are equal to men and they don’t have to be subservient housewives if they so choose. He believes that he has been villainized in the media and asked women on Twitter to step up and support him. Shockingly, #femininewomenforRoosh didn’t do too well.
