I don’t know about you, but I’ve been pretty busy getting through daily tasks while simultaneously trying to figure out how we’re going to get the lamp back from Jafar. Self-care is important these days, and so is sharing a laugh. Here are some jokes that made me laugh that I’d love to share with you.
Anna Drezen recently joined the writing staff for a small show, not sure if you’ve heard of it, but it’s called Saturday Night Live! If you’re like me and have been thinking that SNL has started stepping up their game, she’s partly why.
Janelle James is one of those people that are about to blow up, big time. You should start following her now so that when that happens, you can be one of the cool kids that say things like “Oh Janelle? I’ve been following her for a while now, she’s great!”
I’m going to assume that you know who Samantha Bee is. I’m also going to assume that you already watch Full Frontal with Samantha Bee on TBS.
Bob The Drag Queen is RuPaul’s Drag Race’s reigning Queen and the future of comedy. You heard it here first. (Well, technically you read it, but STILL.)
May Wilkerson's Twitter handle reads “shut up May” but I could hear this girl talk for hours. She’s a fierce feminist comedian that you are gonna wanna retweet.
In addition to contributing many a funny Tweet to my Twitter feed, Jasmine Pierce contributes to Reductress, a feminist satirical website whose headlines make me laugh out loud. (I typed out “laugh out loud” so you know I meant it.)
After following Morgan Murphy on Twitter you should probably cancel those dinner plans you’re dreading and curl up with your cat to watch her stand up special Irish Goodbye on Netflix.
Marcia Belsky is part of a feminist band called “Free The Mind.” One of my favorite songs of theirs is perfectly titled “Women Are Perfect.”
