For all my fellow Anglophiles whose hearts took a few hits this week with the deaths of David Bowie and Alan Rickman, if you're feeling as gutted as I am, Adele and James Corden did a segment called "Carpool Karaoke" and it is exactly the British damage control we need. In the video, James and Adele cover "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls, a flawlessly executed, Nicki-Minaj-approved "Monster" as well as several songs by James' carpool companion.
So watch the video, hail the Queen, and dry your eyes while you stand in a puddle of your British-loving tears with your wellies on.
