Did you ever think you’d hear the terms “classy” and “jello shot” in the same sentence? The future is here! Yummy, alcohol-infused jello molds in twirly shapes, topped with fruit can change your college-style kegger into an upscale soirée. The atypical desserts are brought to us by blogger Casey Grim, who shares recipes on her site The Modern Gelatina. She uses vodka, gin, beer and more to make these excellent treats.

Grim's molds are often based on TV shows she likes, like Mad Men and Downton Abbey. Titles from the Mad Men series include “The Joan Holloway Gin Fizz,” a reference to the drink the character ordered after realizing how stupid her husband is, and “The Don Draper Old Fashion." She also makes a “Lemon Basil Vegan Panna Cotta” and “Grandma’s Vodka Tonic.” Now you can eat delicious desserts and get your head spinning at the same time!

Head over to Casey’s blog for all the recipes, plus read about her inspiration for each one. Here we’ve given you a few to start with. It’s amazing what this woman can do!
