I was never a big fan of summer camp--in fact, the thought of swimming lessons still gives me agita--but I'd give my two (now permanent) front teeth to spend an entire day in the arts-and-crafts room. Wouldn't you?

Lucky for us, Brooklyn Craft Camp has arrived!

Author and professional DIYer Brett Bara has teamed up with a host of movers and makers for a day of nonstop DIY activities on Saturday, March 16--and you won't even have to fly your bunkmate's underwear off the flagpole to join in.

Craft Campers will DIY to their hearts' content at four different workshops throughout the day, with breaks for nail art, quickie-craft stations, photo booths, snacks, and drinks. Jay McCarroll, winner of Project Runway Season 1, will chat about the art of craft over lunch, and every camper gets a goodie bag to boot!

We'll be keeping you updated on our adventures at Brooklyn Craft Camp next Saturday, and we hope to see you there! Advance registration is required, and classes are filling up quickly--so register now to make sure you get in on the action.
