Who doesn’t love hand drawn illustration of crowns, cities and mermaids? Ditch the mainstream cards at the drug store and pick up a whimsical, and perhaps custom card for your besties from these vendors at the BUST Craftacular Spring! April 23rd in Brooklyn!

Named for her love of the ocean and the city, founder of Sea Heart City Press Meredith Akery is bringing her charming cards from Washington D.C. to Brooklyn. Akery began her career in statonery after taking her first letterpress class in 2011, and has since created fun and funny text-based prints. These beautiful, hand silk-screened cards were inspired by Shanghai and New York, cities where illustrator Sophie Reid has lived. Her love of infographics and Chinese paper cutting have translated beautifully to her statonery of patterns and “little warriors.”

All of these vendors and more will be at our BUST Craftacular Spring! in Brooklyn, Saturday, April 23rd! Texts are fleeting. Pour out your love for your mom’s hat, your thoughts on last week’s party, or demand more pics of your friend's baby with a card.  See you there!
