Week(s) Of Women: December 22, 2017-January 4, 2018

by Erika W. Smith

With the holidays coming up, this week’s Week Of Women newsletter/column is actually TWO weeks of women! We’re seeing you out of 2017 and into 2018 with some awards-season-buzzing movies, some new holiday music, and the premiere of Grown-ish. As a reminder, we haven’t seen, listened to, or read these all ourselves yet, but when we have, we’ll include a link. Enjoy, and happy holidays!

TV

Black Mirror Season 4

Can the new season of Black Mirror beat everyone’s all time fave episode “San Junipero”? We’ll see, but with a cast including Chewing Gum’s Michaela Coel, Black Panther’s Letitia Wright, and How I Met Your Mother’s Cristin Milioti, plus an episode directed by Jodie Foster, it sounds promising! Out Friday, December 29 on Netflix.
