Last Sunday, Associate Editor Lisa Butterworth (above left) and I (above center) went to the UH-MAZE-ING Mode Merr Fashion Brunch, held by feisty fashionista Angela Zampell (above right) at the delightful Marion's Continental. As we sucked down pink drinks and gorged ourselves on french toast, a bevvy of impressively-clad models, including BUST faves Angie Pontani (below left) and The World Famous *BOB* (below right), worked the runway to hoots, hollers, and plenty of appreciative cheers from the heavily tattooed audience of glamour grrrls and rockabilly boys. There is so much to love about Angela's clothes, but I especially appreciate how she's one of the few designers who really knows how to make cute, curve accentuating , retro-style-clothes for gals of every size, from XS to XXXL. In fact, two years ago, I was having a total meltdown because I was turning 30 and had nothing to wear to my party, and Angela swooped in and came to the rescue with the sweet 666 top I'm wearing in this picture just in the nick of time. Check out her newest creations online at http://www.modemerr.com and let her make your fashion dreams come true too!
