Cheese is Patient, Cheese is Kind…

by Intern Caroline

We’re all starting a new diet at BUST. It’s called the Ch Diet. You can only eat foods that start with a Ch: cheese, chocolate, chicken nuggets, chimichongas, chips, chili cheese tater tots, Chex Mix (bold party blend preferred but not required), chalupas, chowder, chorizo, Checkers fries. We think it’s going to take the nation by storm. Just remember you heard it here first.

The BUST office is all a flutter today with excitement for the big cheese party tonight. We can’t stop talking about how much we love cheese. There’s honestly no better way to tell a person you love them than with cheese. I’d rather get a slab of brie than a box of chocolates from my honey. The lovely ladies at Cowgirl Creamery, recognizing the romantic potential of the tasty treat, are offering up some rad packages just in time for Valentine’s day.

For $85, the Love’s Sweet Collection includes Heart’s Desire, named for the romantic cove on the western banks of the Tomales Bay, Midnight Moon, an aged goat cheese imported from Holland by Cypress Grove Chevre and Txiki (pronounced “Cheeky”) a Basque style sheep milk from Barinaga Ranch, made just across the bay from Heart’s Desire Beach. It also comes with sweet Fruit Nut Crostini made by Anjou Bakery and two little boxes of San Francisco’s Tcho chocolates. For $65, the Love’s Strong gift box includes Grayson, the pungent washed rind from Meadow Creek Farm in Virginia, an aged gouda from Holland, L’Amuse, and Fourme d’Ambert, a French blue. This collection comes with savory Cowgirl Creamery Sea Salt & Olive Oil Crackers made by Rustic Bakery.

These Valentine’s day specials are shipping Monday, so be sure to get your order in on time!
