Now available nationwide, Fashion’s Night Out has created a collection of items that includes printed FNO Tees for both men and women, stylish, multi-colored printed T-shirts, cute, everyday kind of totes, and even unisex baseball caps. The best thing about these items though? Forty percent of all proceeds from the FNO collection will go to benefit the NYC Aids Fund. Now those are some T-shirts and accessories I can definitely get behind. I'm especially digging the tote with the brown handles. From carrying laptops to groceries, it's a cute way to support FNO and donate to a good cause.
To see who’ll be selling these and where, head over to FashionsNightOut.com and if looking for a specific item, be sure and call the store to confirm.
Many designers and companies have also created some awesome limited edition items for this year’s Fashion’s Night Out. Check out some of my favorites:
Claire Courtin-Clarins in collaboration with Lauren Bush and FEED have created the Clarins FEED Bag 10. Each bag is $60 and will provide 10 school meals through the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). You can choose from four different bag designs, each made from fabric loomed by artisans in Guatemala and filled with Claire’s top 3 Clarins products (Instant Smooth Line Correcting Concentrate, Beauty Flash Balm, and Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in Rose). They'll be available starting tomorrow, Sept. 8 at Jeffrey NY and at Nordstrom.com for a limited time.
Proenza Schouler have created a wallet using FW 2011 fabric.
Prabal Gurung has created a scarf of resort flower print.
McQueen has created a limited-edition crystal skull key ring available in stores and online.
Stella McCartney has created this exclusive charm bracelet on sale only on FNO and retailing for $165.
Christian Louboutin has created two limited edition FNO items. There is this kooky and fun embellished Daffodile Brodee pump along with a Sweety Charity Brodee Clutch to match. They will be available in Christian Louboutin boutiques across the country.
Happy shopping and people watching tomorrow night! Come visit me at Monk Vintage before 8pm if you're in NYC's West Village. No, we're not having an event..I'm just working that night, but check my blog Twee Valley High for where I'll be the rest of the night.
