Check out this badass mamajama, Beverly 'Guitar' Watkins, an Atlanta-based singer/songwriter who at 70 years old can still rock out on her guitar with the best of them. There's been a lot of buzz surrounding the upcoming release of the movie 'Where The Wild Things Are' (Oct. 16), based on the beloved children's picture book. The Ali Forney Center (AFC), the nation's largest organization dedicated to homeless LGBT youth, is naming its newest shelter after Bea Arthur in honor of her support. Founder Carl Siciliano explains 'The caring and concern that Bea expressed for our kids meant the world to us, and we are thrilled to be able to give honor to her memory in this way'.
