Underwear Model Bites Back At Body-Shaming Troll

by Meghan Sara

What do we hate? Body shaming.

What do we love? Sexy photo shoots with a cheeky sense of humor and lots and LOTS of potato chips!

British model and Aerie brand representative Iskra Lawrence posted a screen grab of a nasty comment to her Facebook page. This troll left a comment on her Instagram, blaming her for ruining the British health care system by eating too many potato chips. Or something? Yeah, it didn’t make a lot of sense to me, either.

Lawrence chose to fight the hate in the best possible way: a drool-worthy glam photo shoot featuring her favorite bags of salty snacks. Anybody get struck by a sudden craving just now?

Lawrence also filmed a special Instagram video message for the haterz, to prove that she DGAF what anybody thinks about her—or anybody else’s!—body.

Lawrence is passionate about her message of self-love, and is a staunch advocate for the National Eating Disorder Association: “It is my goal for the NEDA Inspires Seal of Approval to become an internationally recognized symbol for images and messages that are safely promoting body diversity, confidence and self-love at any shape or size. We don’t belong in a one-size-fits-all box.”

I don’t know about you, but Iskra Lawrence is my new role model.  Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, she uses her influence to stand up for herself and spread a message of self-love and potato chips.
