The atypical desserts are brought to us by blogger Casey Grim, who shares recipes on her site The Modern Gelatina. She uses vodka, gin, beer and more to make these excellent treats.
Grim’s molds are often based on TV shows she likes, like Mad Men and Downton Abbey. Titles from the Mad Men series include “The Joan Holloway Gin Fizz,” a reference to the drink the character ordered after realizing how stupid her husband is, and “The Don Draper Old Fashion.” She also makes a “Lemon Basil Vegan Panna Cotta” and “Grandma’s Vodka Tonic.” Now you can eat delicious desserts and get your head spinning at the same time!
