At 5 PM, Gabrielle Hamilton, this year’s recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: New York City, and owner of Prune, will sign Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef. Anthony Bourdain calls Gabrielle Hamilton’s book, “quite simply, the far-and-away best chef or food genre memoir…ever. EVER.”
