Creep alert! In Brockport, New York, there is a not-so-new creep in town. The small town is home to Mr. Thomas Mangan, and Mr. Mangan is a busy, busy man.
On Sunday, August 26, 2012, two females were sunbathing in bikinis on their front yard. Upon seeing the two young ladies, Mr. Mangan could not help taking pictures of their “crotch” (his word) from inside his house. Once he had his pictures, he walked over to the ladies to inform them what he did, and why, apparently, it was important for him to take pictures of their crotches. When one of the young ladies mentioned that this was sexual harassment, Mangan responded, “This type of stupidity is par for the course.” Mangan then posted the pictures online, along with an entire article labeling the young ladies “bimbos” and boasting how he took the spread because he “couldn’t help notice that the two women on the lawn looked like a spread in Playboy.” He theorized that the two women arrived early for the semester because “they couldn’t wait to put their ignorance on display.” Most people who left comments were shocked and outraged, but at the time of this posting, at least one gentleman was on Mangan’s side, referring to the ladies as “skanks.”
Hopefully, sooner rather than later, Mangan is shamed out of his creepy behavior.
