Not sure how I missed this, seeing as I was obsesssed with Pee Wees playhouse back in the day, but this is pretty sick- get in the Holiday mood people!  ...

I'm loving this new video from Chicago's Kid Sister and Kanye. New trend for boys will be the Finger Sneaker! ...

I went to see the very fine singer, Shelby Lynne sing the songs off her upcoming 2008 album of Dusty Springfield covers, Just a Little Lovin' last night at Hiro in NYC. Now dont get me wrong, Shelby is an amazing singer, and I think her 2000 release, I am Shelby Lynne, is probably one of my favorite albums of all time. (it's very Dusty influenced). But during the rather subdued and lackluster set, I found myself just wanting to hear the real deal....

I am loving this new Niggy Tardust release, it's hip hop poet Saul Williams new project that is produced by his pal Trent Reznor, imagine some NIN beats but sung by a genius black man-  much better I tell you! And, similar to the Radiohead release, you can either download it for free, or support a great artist and pay only 5 bucks! Even my cheap ass can afford that :)  Download is available today here: www.saulwilliams.com ...

Admission is only 10 bones, which also comes with an open bar sponsored by Bluepoint Brewery and Sweet Leaf Tea.  ...

We loved the M.I.A. show in NYC this weekend, she was in full force, with awesome video backdrops, and she slayed the audience! If she is coming to your town, you owe to yourself to see her show-I promise you will not be disappointed!  here is her new video for Jimmy. ...

But whatever I needed to see Keisha Cole! No tickets were sold, the only way to get in was to work it out (unless you got the press hook up!). I am sure it was worth all the hours of fence painting and weed pulling because...
