Debbie Tuch, BUST Craftacular vendor and the artistic mastermind behind Glitterlimes was given the wonderful opportunity of decorating the Christmas tree at Lincoln Square in Dante Park this year for the 11th Annual Winter’s Eve festival that took place Monday night.
