Lori 40's Hot Links!

BY Callie in General

Lori 40, member of the "Old Intern Hall of Fame" has been steady supplying me with amazing links lately. Here is the latest round:This breaks my heart. And WTF, you can win an ipod touch! I kind of want an ipod touch, Tara just got one and she is in L-O-V-E. But this, this would send me to hell.  This is suppose to be the most annoying song ever! Thing is I kind of really like it. Opera rap about cowboy living and the megaphone part about George ... Read More

Paul Rudd is, without a shadow of a doubt, the FUNNIEST (can we say comedic genius?) and most GORGEOUS man on the face of the planet and I will fight anyone who doesn't agree with me.   this clip is apparently from some movie he made with Michelle Pfeiffer, I Could Never Be Your Woman that went straight to DVD. but it doesn't even matter because i would buy said dvd for myself and all my friends just to watch him. ...  Painter Lucian Freud's life-size 1995 portrait of his muse, Sue Tilley, titled "Benefits Supervisor Sleeping," just broke the world auction record for the amount paid for the work of a living artist. Christies sold it yesterday for $33.6 million dollars, beating out the previous record-holder Jeff Koons, whose "Hanging Heart" nabbed $23.5 million last year. Sadly, I think we'll have to wait quite some time for the work of a woman to break ... Read More

Style Wars

BY Callie in General

(picture from Imnotobcessed.com) Friday night after I saw Poultrygeist I went with my gay boyfriend to Style Wars: a stylist battle hosted by House of Diehl. It was at the Stoli Hotel, which is some kind of pop up party spot and really has nothing to do with a hotel at all. It did have open Stoli bar all night and I camped out by the door where the food came out from and managed to catch a nice light dinner of tapas. If you are ever looking for me at a party, ...
