Highway to Hell

This would certainly break up the monotony of a long highway drive. A college student in Raleigh (allegedly) rearranged a bunch of road cones and barrels into the shape of a monster. He even drew on a face. The monster was up for less than a day before authorities had it taken down. Joe Carnevale, the student accused, was arrested for this last week.
