Were you a Barbie-loving 90's kid? Do you love all things fashion? Enter the world of Tiny Frock Shop, where high fashion runs on a much smaller scale. And I mean tiny. The online shop is exclusively for Barbie and all her style and accessory needs. Pamela Thompson, experienced designer, mother and Barbie fan, is the woman behind all this mini couture.
Thompson lived in New York City for eighteen years, and worked as a designer for major names like Betsey Johnson, Heatherette and Anna Sui. After giving birth to her daughter, Lily, she left the city and moved back home to Chicago. Read More

Meet Elvia Lahman and Hannah Metz, founders of The Loved One. What began as a vintage wholesale business quickly blossomed into a popular online store and a series of pop-up shops in Los Angeles and New York. Priding themselves on their selection of quality vintage and American-made lingerie, the pair eventually settled into their own retail space in Pasadena. The Loved One now carries their own line of lingerie and a line of clothing reconstructed from vintage garments called Made by TLO.

When the weather is just straight up abominable, and you’re sick of sitting inside watching the HBO-GO dial spin until kingdom come, well sometimes it helps to go thrifting. She's also a rock journalist and author of several successful books, including her memoir I’m With The Band. And might we add, she’s a former BUST contributor. Read More

fASHLIN was founded by designer, stylist, and photographer Ashlin Choate. I am completely obsessed with this girl, based on all the amazing stuff she is producing with this self-made company. fASHLIN is a self-described cult-fashion label, with heavy influences from 90’s grunge, punk, nu-goth, mysticism, and general badassery. (If you like Daria and slime text, you will like fASHLIN. Bear with me.) fASHLIN operates through its Etsy, which sells insanely amazing screenprinted t-shirts, crew necks, jewelry, and repurposed vintage clothes. Read More
