We love coming across companies you can actually feel good about buying from: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab is one of our favorite aromatic retailers, and everything they produce is tested on staff, friends, and family—never animals. They also use fair-trade and self-sustaining growers whenever possible. Not to mention the dozen or so independent artists commissioned to create their beautiful labels. Sherlock Holmes was only half right when he fondly proclaimed, “Good old Watson. You are the one fixed point in a changing age.” We are indeed in a changing age, Holmes, but “good old Watson” is changing right along with it.
