  The latest survey on the sex lives of college students, which apparently the entire world (myself included) will never get tired of fixating on, comes from New York Magazine. In the article “Heirs to the Sexual Revolution,” after having polled more than 700 college students from a wide range of schools they concluded that “the sexual revolution has been won” because students are having lots of sex within the bounds of all kinds of relationship frameworks and they are identifying across a wide and complicated spectrum of gender and sexual orientation. The July/August issue of Annals of Family Medicine provided a not-so-shocking discovery that women over the age of 60 are still having sex (and enjoying it). As a sexually active woman in my 20’s, I want to declare that I will never not (yes, that was a double negative) want to have sex and promise my opinion will be the same in 30 years time. Nobody should assume any woman becomes inactive after menopause, either, but that’s an entirely different subject on gender stigma we can save for later. Read More
  “Most Singles Are Perfectly Content That Way, Study Finds,” touts a post on Time Magazine’s site. This information comes from Match.com's Singles in America survey, released last week:   According to the study, developed by Binghamton University and conducted for Match.com, 40% of respondents 21 years old and older are not sure they want to get married, 27% said a wedding is not in their future and just 34.5% said marriage was a must.
