Spoken word is an incredible art, combining poetic verse and performance in a gutsy display of intelligence and emotion. It takes a true artist to stand behind a microphone and move an entire room with imaginative word choice and a punch-you-in-the-gut-powerful delivery.

As if “The Scream” wasn’t incentive enough to head to The Museum of Modern Art, Tilda Swinton will be hanging out in a glass box periodically throughout the rest of 2013 as part of her piece “The Maybe.” Swinton previously performed this piece at London's Serpentine Gallery and at a museum in Rome.
