Two of my all-time favorite things in the world are old movies and Christmas. So when the two intersect, my heart squeals and jumps up and gives my brain a great big kiss!

On the list of badass villainesses, Maleficent from Disney's animated Sleeping Beauty ranks pretty high. Needless to say, I couldn't be more stoked she's getting a "her side of the story" treatment in a live-action film scheduled for release next year.
